We define non-routine requests for personal information as any requests NOT related to:

Alumni Initiatives (Example: Contacting Alumni to invite to BAP events)

Eligability Determination (Example: PID to make sure you are a current student)

Event Management (Example: Notifying individuals of changes to events)

Database Management (Example: Transfering personal information from one BAP-controlled database to another BAP-controlled database)

(3) We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, on the condition that we have emailed an updated Privacy Policy to the email address you have provided.
