Beta Alpha Psi Mentor/Mentoree Mentoring Program

Overview:
This semester, BAP is excited to continue our mentoring program for the organization. The intent of this program is to build stronger relationships and networking contacts between BAP members by grouping new candidates with current and active BAP members. Aside from increased networking, the Mentor/Mentee Program also allows members and candidates additional ways to earn points, as well as privileges to Mentor/Mentee events.

Mentors will be allowed to select their mentees. For the remaining mentees, the Director of the Program will group Mentors and Mentees based on several factors. The most prevalent factor however, will be semester class schedule. Grouping members and candidates who are enrolled in common courses gives participation an extra benefit and opportunity to connect with one another.
